Store Policies

Metal Restoration Products offers the following Returns Policy:  100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.  

The following conditions apply:

  • Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify Seminole Metal Finishing Products within 7 calendar days if any products are missing or damaged.
  • All return requests must happen within 14 days from the date of receiving the product(s).
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to all returns for refund, and non-defective items shipped back to Seminole Metal Finishing Products .  All direct replacements are limited to product availability. If an exact replacement for a returned item is not available, a credit/refund will be issued.
  • Shipping charges are non refundable. If a return should take place on a FREE SHIPPING item(s), the actual original shipping/handling costs, a minimum of $5 are non refundable.
  • Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.  Seminole Metal Finishing Products  is NOT responsible for any packages lost or products damaged during transit by the shipping company. Damaged items are not eligible for warranty or money back guarantee.  Customer must file a claim with shipper.
  • Use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment.
  • All returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing.   Seminole Metal Finishing Products  will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
  • Products must be returned within 14 days from the issuing date of the RMA number. All RMA items returned to our warehouse after 14 days from the issuing date of the RMA will be refused and shipped back at customer's expense.
